American Express Serve
American Express tasked Catapult with getting consumers to spend more at Family Dollar by purchasing
and using the American Express Serve Card. The average consumer at Family Dollar is either African
American or Hispanic living on a budget to support their families. With the Serve card and this campaign
we gave consumers to power to say yes to more things that they love.
We activated 3 pulse periods including everyday, back to school, and tax.
